Further to the ATF, AGM notice dated 23 Jan 2009. This is to inform you that the meeting would be held from 1030 - 1630 hrs on 25 th Mar 2009 at Hotel “Markaziye” (Official Hotel), 15, Amir Temur Str. P.O. Box 219 , 100000, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Telephone + 998 71 238 3000. The UTF has very kindly arranged a Welcome dinner on 24 th evening 2009. There will be another official dinner on 25 th evening, details will be intimated in due course. The tariff rates at the official hotel are as given below: -

Single room - 60USD

Double room - 70 USD.

You are requested to kindly intimate the details of the delegates (with accompanying persons) attending the meeting from your Association on the attached format. This will enable us make necessary arrangements for your accommodation and other functions.

You are also requested to send passport copies of the delegates intending to obtain visas on arrival.

The Agenda points and other details would be intimated as soon as they are finalised.
