As you are aware the 2008 ATF AGM would be held at Hotel Holiday Inn Galleria, Manila on Monday the 28 th Jul from1030 to 1600 hrs. The following documents are enclosed for your kind information. • Agenda Points. • Minutes of the AGM held at Bangkok on 26 Mar 2007. • Information Form (In case not sent earlier). • Hotel Details. Kindly intimate your Arrival and Departure dates to PHILTA and this office to enable us arrange for your accommodation and transportation, in case you have not done so already. Also send us following details of your Credit Card latest by 14 th July for confirmation of your reservation. • Credit Card Type VISA/Master • Number • Date of Expiry.
