Japan and Kazakhstan Set for Billie Jean King Cup Qualifiers
The 2025 Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge qualifiers are set to take place from April 10-13, with 18 nations battling for a place in the Finals.

The qualifiers will be played in six groups of three nations in a round-robin format, with group winners advancing to the Finals, while the second and third-placed teams will compete in the 2025 Playoffs.

Japan will host the Group A ties on the hard courts of Ariake Colosseum in Tokyo from April 11-13. The hosts will take on top-seeded Canada and Romania in their bid to secure a berth in the Finals.

Meanwhile, Kazakhstan is placed in Group D, to be hosted in Australia at the Pat Rafter Arena in Brisbane from April 10-12. The Kazakh team will face fourth-seeded Australia and Colombia in a tough group battle.

With two Asian nations aiming for a spot in the prestigious Finals, all eyes will be on Japan’s home advantage and Kazakhstan’s fight against strong contenders. Best of luck to both Japan and Kazakhstan for the qualifiers.
